Who this is for
How the process works
-
1
Map your facts against the right PR route before any profile or application is prepared.
-
2
Review language tests, education credentials, work history, admissibility issues and family composition.
-
3
Build a document plan for proof of work, funds, police certificates, civil documents and translations.
-
4
Prepare filing steps, post-invitation deadlines and risk notes in writing.
Documents we usually review
- Passports, status documents and full travel history.
- Language test results, education credential assessment where relevant and transcripts.
- Employment letters, contracts, pay records and business records where self-employment is involved.
- Civil status records, police certificates, proof of funds and prior refusal records.
Limits and risk points
- Entering the Express Entry pool does not guarantee an Invitation to Apply.
- CRS scores, category-based rounds and PNP criteria can change without notice.
- Processing times are estimates and can vary with completeness, complexity and verification.

Questions clients ask
Can you guarantee Canadian permanent residence?
No. IRCC decides applications under Canadian law. A representative can help assess strategy, evidence and filing quality, but cannot guarantee an invitation, approval or processing time.
Is Express Entry the only PR route?
No. Express Entry manages several skilled worker programs, but a profile may also need to be compared with provincial nomination, family sponsorship, business and humanitarian options.
Should I create an Express Entry profile before checking documents?
Not usually. It is better to confirm eligibility, documents, job history, education and admissibility issues before relying on a profile score.
